New features: personal best, gm notification.


 * The personal best rating (in all three categories) is now shown when
    you finger somebody.

 * You can use the names "GM", "IM", and "FM" in your notify and gnotify
   lists to represent all players of each of those categories.

 * Ratings are now shown in the lists of games returned by search.
