WBCA NEWS: strat!

strat won the January 09 ICC/WBCA event on tiebreaks finishing just better
than expert101, scoring 5.5-1.5! Players entered this event from
Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Finland, Sweden, Turkey, and the
