New ICC Vendor: garompon(GM)

GM Pablo Zarnicki (garompon) is now an Internet Chess Club vendor.
You can check his offerings in the help Services file, along with
a number of other ICC vendors who offer chess lessons, instruction,
and other products and services to ICC members.

help chekels explains the ICC chekel system.  You can purchase
chekels to pay for lessons, WBCA memberships, ICC Tshirts, etc.
help Services lists everything you can buy with your chekels.
